Freelancers Budget: Get a set of freelancing writers to write and fill the blog with top quality content for you(budget you can pay per words) or per article budget 50$ to 100$ per article. 

Note 1 you must ensure that the content is not plagiarized it can ruin your blog. Use a plagiarism checker online.
